About the role
Suno is on the lookout for a dynamic individual to take charge of our songwriting camps and creative studio activations. This role serves as a vital link between the realms of music production and technology, enabling artists to seamlessly incorporate our innovative platform into their creative processes. You will be instrumental in guiding artists through the integration of AI tools that enhance their music-making experience.

What you'll do
- Oversee the comprehensive management of songwriting camps and studio activations, ensuring all technical setups, logistical arrangements, and creative facilitation are executed flawlessly.
- Serve as the primary liaison for artists, offering live demonstrations and resolving any technical issues to facilitate their use of the Suno platform in music production.
- Educate artists on leveraging AI technology to accelerate the ideation, experimentation, and production stages of their projects.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to conduct beta testing of new features, while gathering and relaying artist feedback to inform product development.
- Collect and analyze insights from songwriting camps to contribute to the ongoing evolution of Suno's offerings.
- Support the Director of Artist Partnerships in refining and enhancing our activation strategies for maximum impact.
- Be prepared to travel extensively, up to 80% of the time, for both domestic and international events, ensuring a global reach for our initiatives.
- Foster a creative environment that encourages collaboration and innovation among artists and team members alike.
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep Suno at the forefront of music production.
- Develop and implement best practices for managing artist relationships and enhancing their experience with our platform.
- Curate and facilitate workshops and sessions that inspire creativity and exploration among participating artists.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the music or technology industries, showcasing a blend of both fields.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to creative professionals and translate artistic requirements into actionable technical feedback.
- A background as a producer, musician, or artist, providing firsthand experience of the creative process.
- In-depth knowledge of studio operations, recording techniques, and contemporary music production practices across multiple genres.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and nurture relationships with industry professionals, studio personnel, and artists.
- Must possess eligibility to work in the United States without restrictions.
- Willingness to work on-site in our New York City office five days a week when not traveling for events.
