Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in contracts management and compliance, preferably within a corporate or legal environment.
- Strong understanding of contract law, regulatory frameworks, and compliance requirements relevant to the industry.
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing complex contracts.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with experience managing teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in contract management software and compliance tools.
