Coaching partnerships refine player technique and advance team tactics under the program's playing philosophy, ensuring every drill connects to match scenarios. Assistant coaching duties cover all training sessions, with paired sessions used when possible to maximize learning and feedback quality. You will communicate with higher age group heads to ensure consistent challenges and clear training opportunities across the developmental pathway. Program leadership receives detailed player and team performance updates to guide strategic progress and resource allocation. Supervision of a female locker room is part of the role, requiring you to manage the environment with care and professionalism. Training sessions and matches are prepared in detail, with rosters and selection shared after informal leadership discussions to align with program goals. Players receive clear information on training schedules and match logistics, upholding the Network Player Code of Conduct at all times. Retention and release decisions for each season are shaped through collaborative leadership discussions, balancing performance data with program values. Requirements

Experience coaching youth and/or collegiate soccer teams is required, with preference for USC Premier/Advanced National/National Youth License, USSF A, B, C or equivalent International Coaching License to ensure high-level technical instruction. Administrative and coaching duties must be handled in a timely and organized way, reflecting the fast pace of a growing charter school network. Concepts such as teamwork, healthy lifestyles, sportsmanship and nutrition are developed and taught as core components of the educational experience. Familiarity with technology systems for player development, evaluations, scouting and similar tasks is necessary to streamline workflows and reporting accuracy. A documented track record of advancing students' soccer understanding and enthusiasm is required to demonstrate your impact on scholar athletes. Advanced soccer knowledge and strong classroom management are mandatory to maintain control and engagement in dynamic training environments. Futsal coaching experience is a plus, offering an additional dimension to player development and tactical versatility. Joyful, rigorous instruction must reach every scholar every day, ensuring no athlete is left behind in their growth. A bachelor's degree is required as a baseline qualification for employment within the network.
