What you'll do
- Lead the planning and execution of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.

Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in program or project management within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to drug development and commercialization.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree or PMP certification is preferred.
