Product Manager, Startup Products
Job description
About the role
You own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Stripe Atlas and related startup-focused products, translating the needs of early stage founders into a clear and ambitious roadmap. You partner with design and engineering to craft experiences that are simultaneously simple and powerful, paying attention to surprisingly great details that materially improve founder outcomes. You set the pace for product development by ruthlessly prioritizing work that moves core metrics and unblocking execution across teams. You define and own business and product metrics, ensuring that every decision is grounded in data and user feedback. You represent Stripe externally with founders, venture capitalists, accelerators, and partners, establishing new collaborations that drive product development. You synthesize qualitative founder insights into clear narratives that inform long term product strategy. You ensure that user feedback loops are tight, unblock stuck users quickly, and collaborate with support to resolve common problems at scale.
