Job description
About the role
This position is embedded within a structured field environment where success depends on your capacity to act as an owner for your book of entrepreneur relationships. You will be responsible for setting your own daily and weekly priorities, ensuring that your activities align with the predefined routes and strategic objectives set by the company. Because decisions in this field are often recorded and revisited, you must treat written communication as a critical tool for documenting your interactions and progress. You will own the end-to-end experience of the entrepreneur, from initial contact through onboarding and long-term relationship management, ensuring that service success is built on trust and reliability. A key part of your ownership involves sharing progress early and asking for help when obstacles arise, which keeps projects moving and demonstrates professional maturity. Teams value individuals who make their work easy to review and build upon, so you will organize your notes and updates in a way that allows colleagues to understand and support your work quickly. Successful professionals in this role develop habits of taking precise notes, keeping every commitment they make, and communicating proactively in writing to avoid misunderstandings. Ultimately, this role rewards people who make it easy for others to see the value they create, turning routine sales activities into a track record of visible outcomes and durable relationships.
