In this role, you will own the full cycle of client interaction from initial contact to long-term relationship management. What you'll do
- Execute door-to-door prospecting following predefined routes to identify and qualify new commercial clients.
- Conduct in-depth consultations to assess business needs and present tailored financial services and payment solutions.
- Analyze market opportunities and compile insights during team meetings to refine daily route strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders in meetings to align on objectives and share critical field feedback.
- Build and maintain client relationships through consistent follow-up and consultative service delivery.
- Monitor and report on competitor activity and market trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Utilize CRM tools to update client profiles and track all interactions to ensure data accuracy.
- Optimize personal territory coverage to maximize appointment setting and sales conversion rates.
- Present clear and compelling value propositions to overcome objections and close new business.
- Support the achievement of team and individual performance metrics through disciplined activity management.
- Document client requirements and contract details accurately to facilitate smooth onboarding.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions to exchange best practices with colleagues.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities within the existing client portfolio to enhance account value.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements during field activities.
Requirements
- Have completed high school education or equivalent certification.
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with clients in dynamic environments.
- Maintain a proactive and disciplined approach to managing your daily schedule and targets.
- Show a strong drive to grow and build a sustainable career in the commercial sector.
- Possess resilience and adaptability when facing rejection or challenging market conditions.
- Be comfortable using digital tools and platforms for data entry and communication.
- Hold legal authorization to work in Brazil without sponsorship requirements.
- Be based in or willing to relocate to Jaboticabal, Sao Paulo, Brasil.
Nice to have
- Experience in external sales or business development roles within financial or commercial sectors.
- Familiarity with payment solutions, fintech products, or point-of-sale systems.
- Knowledge of the Jaboticabal region and local business community.
- Previous experience conducting door-to-door sales or field marketing activities.
- Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Fluency in Portuguese and additional language capabilities.
- Experience utilizing CRM software or sales tracking applications.
- Background in customer service or consultative selling environments.
Practical notes
This engagement operates on a fixed schedule of 6 hours per day, Monday to Friday, from 13:00 to 19:00. Compensation includes a fixed salary plus a variable package such as commission, PLR, or ILP depending on eligibility.
