What you'll do

• Design and implement responsive user interfaces for the Spin Careers platform using modern frontend frameworks and patterns.
• Build reusable component libraries that promote consistency and efficiency across the entire frontend application.
• Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure the reliability and correctness of frontend features.
• Collaborate with backend engineers and product managers to define API contracts and integrate frontend logic with server-side services.
• Optimize application performance, reducing load times and improving rendering speed for users across different devices and browsers.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and maintaining high standards of code quality throughout the team.
• Translate product requirements and design mockups into functional, pixel-accurate frontend implementations.

Requirements

• Proven experience building production-grade frontend applications, with a strong portfolio or work history demonstrating senior-level contributions.
• Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript, including a deep understanding of language fundamentals, asynchronous patterns, and modern ES features.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major frontend framework such as React, Angular, or Vue, including state management and routing.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles, including accessibility standards and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git, and familiarity with branching strategies and pull request workflows.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks and methodologies, including unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on complex technical challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative team setting, with clear communication skills and a willingness to share knowledge with peers.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in software development.
• Experience with RESTful APIs or GraphQL, including the ability to consume and integrate external data sources into frontend views.
