All Source Intelligence SME
Job description
All Source Intelligence SME at Spear Ai.
About the role
You will bring COCOM-level all-source analytic expertise to bear across the full intelligence cycle, owning the production of integrated assessments that directly inform operational decisions. In this position, you will fuse multiple intelligence disciplines into a coherent operational understanding that shapes mission outcomes. You will translate complex analytic workflows into clear developer-consumable requirements and user stories that drive build-out of critical capabilities. You will communicate analytic tradecraft, data constraints, governance, and ownership structures with precision to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will coordinate seamlessly across operational users, platform owners, and technical development teams to keep integration efforts on track. You will actively help make the integration between all-source workflows and AI-enabled capabilities real, practical, and deployable. You will operate within fast-paced, multi-vendor, government-led environments while maintaining rigorous standards for analysis and delivery.
