About the role
SpaceXAI is hiring Logistics Specialists to oversee the movement and management of critical infrastructure for our data center projects. You will handle high-value hardware and equipment to ensure our expansion and construction goals are met on schedule. In this capacity, you will serve as the primary point of contact for coordinating the flow of goods into and out of controlled storage environments. The role demands meticulous attention to detail to prevent loss or damage to sensitive technological assets. You will be responsible for translating project schedules into actionable logistics workflows that keep construction teams supplied. Success in this position requires proactive communication with both internal departments and external carriers to maintain operational continuity. You will be expected to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced, project-driven setting.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Process incoming shipments by inspecting, documenting, and recording all items against purchase orders and packing lists.
- Handle outbound logistics, returns, and reverse supply chain tasks while ensuring compliance with internal controls and external regulations.
- Perform regular cycle counts and audits to keep inventory records accurate and aligned with ERP system data.
- Monitor shipments from start to finish and resolve transit delays with carriers through proactive tracking and escalation.
- Organize material staging and kitting for construction and operations teams to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
- Work with procurement and facilities staff to synchronize logistics with project timelines and adjust plans as needed.
- Optimize workflows to improve performance and reduce operational risks through continuous analysis of process bottlenecks.
- Maintain safety and security standards for sensitive technical hardware by following strict handling and storage protocols.
- Use ERP and WMS software for reporting and inventory tracking to generate real-time visibility into stock movements.
- Assist during high-demand periods, which may include weekend or evening work to meet critical project milestones.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in supply chain, warehousing, or logistics.
- Proven ability to maintain precise inventory records with a demonstrated history of accuracy and accountability.
- Proficiency with ERP or WMS platforms and Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data entry and reporting tasks.
- Physical capacity to lift 50 lbs without assistance in various working conditions and environments.
- Valid driver license and ability to work onsite in the assigned location on a consistent basis.
- Eligibility to obtain security clearance or meet client site requirements as applicable to the role.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship during the initial contract term.
- Willingness to comply with all SpaceXAI and facility safety rules, including personal protective equipment standards.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in hyperscale data center, manufacturing, or tech environments.
- Forklift certification or the ability to earn one through on-site training programs.
- Knowledge of Transportation Management Systems or specialized tracking software for advanced shipment monitoring.
- Experience managing fragile or high-value equipment with care and precision.
- Background in Lean methodologies or certifications such as Six Sigma or APICS to support process improvement initiatives.

Practical notes
This role requires working in environments that may have fluctuating temperatures and noise levels due to active construction and operational activities. SpaceXAI is an equal opportunity employer.
