Customer Support Associate, Bilingual
Job description
About the role
This role is part of the Starlink team, which operates a growing global satellite internet service. As a Customer Support Associate you will manage direct customer interactions and resolve technical challenges, acting as one of the primary points of contact customers rely on when they need help. You will help define what a good support experience looks like for users worldwide and make sure every interaction is handled with the speed and accuracy the service is known for. Because the role is bilingual, a background in both English and Greek means you will serve a broad, international set of users, acting as a cultural and linguistic bridge for a significant segment of the customer base. In addition to solving the issue at hand, you will help the company catch the product and process problems that keep recurring, turning everyday conversations into improvements that benefit many future users. You will be expected to take ownership of the customer journey end to end, from the first greeting to a confirmed resolution, and to keep detailed records that make the next interaction smoother. The team works inside a fast-moving service that is growing quickly, so self-direction, empathy, and the ability to communicate clearly under pressure are just as important as your technical toolkit.
