What you'll do

• Lead the design and development of internal systems that enhance engineering processes and workflows across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in systems engineering or a related discipline, with a proven track record of leading projects.
• Strong understanding of systems engineering principles and methodologies, including requirements analysis, design, and testing.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, and experience with software development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and technologies, such as AWS or Azure, is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools to support decision-making processes.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in the aerospace or defense industry is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to engineering systems.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
