Business Development & Partnerships Manager

• Managed the full-cycle partnership funnel, from initial cold outreach and lead generation to final negotiations and successful onboarding.

I was involved in the management of the Ambassador program together with the development team. Answered the questions of the participants, brought them up to date, forwarded technical questions to the development team, collected various feedback and wishes from the community, was also responsible for publishing informational / motivational posts, moderated in discord and telegram

I was responsible for daily chat moderation, spam removal, conversation development, community direction in the right direction, as well as outsourcing tasks related to publishing posts on the site throughout.

In the latter, I was responsible for the questions of the support-community manager. Everything was done through intercom, sendpulse. The work of support also included collecting feedback, questions and problems, entering them into a table, transferring them to the bug development team, updating the public roadmap and project activities. In addition, I dealt with marketing-related issues and helped the team on outsourcing tasks.
