Credit Risk Manager
Job description
About the role
You will define and refine the structure of complex credit transactions within the Solaris ecosystem, taking ownership of end-to-end credit risk decisions. You will assess and approve credit transactions, ensuring strict adherence to the OHB (Operational Handbook) and all external regulatory frameworks. You will continuously perform, optimize, and maintain the credit approval process to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy across the portfolio. You will establish and maintain robust manual credit file management systems that serve as the single source of truth for risk assessment. You will conduct regular reviews and updates of credit files to dynamically reflect evolving risk profiles and market conditions. You will assist in setting and refining the technical criteria for the Decision Engine to bridge manual and automated underwriting logic. You will align the conceptual consistency of underwriting principles across both manual and automated channels to eliminate process friction. You will prepare regular qualitative portfolio reviews accompanied by concrete action proposals to maintain credit risk exposure within established appetite levels.
