Superviseur Bar - Soho House Paris H/F
Job description
About the role
You will orchestrate the daily operation of the Soho House bar in Paris, ensuring that service standards are not only met but consistently exceed guest expectations. This role places you at the center of the social experience, where your judgment and calm direction shape the atmosphere during every shift. You own the financial integrity of the bar, monitoring stock, controlling pour costs, and safeguarding the profitability of the outlet. You will mentor junior team members, translating the House standards into practical coaching that improves their technique and confidence. Your communication will bridge the front-of-house energy with the back-of-house rhythm, ensuring that service flows seamlessly from the kitchen to the bar to the dining areas. You are the guardian of the guest experience, reading the room and empowering your team to respond to unspoken needs before they are voiced. In this position, you will uphold the Soho House reputation by maintaining a polished, friendly, and sophisticated service culture that feels uniquely tailored to each member. You will use data and feedback to refine the bar offering, balancing creativity with commercial discipline to drive both satisfaction and repeat visits.
