About the role
This position supports people operations at Farmhouse Ibiza under the guidance of the People Partner, requiring a balance between strategic initiatives and hands-on administrative execution within a seasonal context. The successful candidate will own the end-to-end people lifecycle, ensuring that policies, processes, and employee experiences are handled with precision and discretion. You will translate business strategy into tangible people-focused actions that uphold the standards of the members and the colleagues serving them. This role demands a high level of ownership, where your work directly impacts team cohesion and the smooth operation of the farmhouses. You will manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a clear and fair approach to all employee-related matters. Effective communication is essential as you act as a liaison between staff, management, and corporate HR frameworks. The position requires resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, international environment where service standards are paramount. What you'll do
Provide operational support for all people activities, freeing the People Partner to focus on strategic initiatives while ensuring the Farmhouse runs efficiently.
Translate business strategy and objectives into actionable people programs that align with the seasonal nature of the Ibiza business and member expectations.
Apply day-to-day HR principles and best practices across the full people lifecycle, including onboarding, employment, and offboarding for both staff and members.
Handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently, maintaining momentum and organization during peak seasonal periods to avoid operational bottlenecks.
Serve as a point of contact for employees and members regarding HR policies, procedures, and general people-related inquiries with clarity and consistency.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, mitigating risk through accurate administration and thorough documentation.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and extending offers in a timely manner.
Support the design and delivery of employee development initiatives, including training coordination and learning resources to enhance team capabilities.
Maintain and analyze HR metrics and reports to support data-driven decisions regarding staffing, retention, and engagement within the seasonal environment.
Champion diversity and inclusion principles by fostering an equitable and respectful workplace culture that aligns with Soho House & Co. values.
Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting and feedback sessions, to maintain high standards and accountability.
Manage HRIS and ATS systems to ensure data integrity, accurate record-keeping, and seamless integration with other business systems.
Act as an ambassador for the employee experience, identifying opportunities to improve culture, engagement, and satisfaction among colleagues.
Support the administration of compensation, benefits, and payroll processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness for the workforce.
Facilitate confidential employee relations discussions, providing guidance and escalating appropriately to maintain trust and fairness.
Requirements
