About the role
This role focuses on enabling the smooth operation of Soho Home by overseeing maintenance, repairs, and facilities management to ensure the environment supports daily business needs. You will be responsible for ordering supplies and acting as the key liaison with landlords, cleaners, and contractors to sustain seamless operations. The position requires oversight of office equipment monitoring and coordination with IT support for troubleshooting to maintain reliable systems. You will track the office budget and expenses carefully to control costs and assist with financial planning. In addition, you will support company-wide meetings, presentations, and town halls to ensure execution remains smooth and aligned with objectives. Fostering a positive and collaborative office culture through daily interactions and initiatives is a core part of the role. You will also manage retail team local and international travel to support operational schedules and requirements effectively.

What you'll do
Coordinate and manage all maintenance, repairs, and facilities activities to uphold operational standards across Soho Home.
Arrange and oversee the procurement and management of office supplies while ensuring stock availability and vendor reliability.
Serve as the primary liaison with landlords, cleaners, and contractors to address issues and maintain a consistent workflow.
Monitor office equipment performance and coordinate IT support to resolve technical issues and minimize system downtime.
Track and manage the office budget and expenses to control spending and provide accurate data for financial planning.
Provide comprehensive support for company-wide meetings, presentations, and town halls including logistics and follow-up.
Develop and implement initiatives that strengthen office culture and encourage collaboration among team members.
Manage retail team travel arrangements both locally and internationally to align with operational schedules and priorities.
Organize and coordinate volunteer activities and events in partnership with the Social Committee to engage staff across locations.
Maintain clear documentation of facilities, vendor interactions, and expenses to ensure transparency and compliance.
Support the rollout of training and team initiatives in collaboration with People and Development to enhance team capability.
Ensure compliance with safety and administrative documentation to maintain a secure and efficient office environment.
Requirements
Previous experience in Office Management or Office Administration is required to handle diverse responsibilities and operational demands.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required for daily workflows and reporting.
A proactive, collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude is needed to navigate varied demands and shifting priorities.
A hands-on approach and willingness to work in a varied role are required to address changing priorities and operational gaps.
