Senior Platform Solution Consultant, Pre-Sales
Job description
About the role
This position is a key technical role within Socure's sales team, acting as the primary technical contact during the sales process for Socure's orchestration platform. You will be responsible for guiding potential clients through technical discussions from the initial contact stage all the way to contract signing, ensuring that their needs are accurately understood and addressed. A significant part of this role involves building and configuring decisioning workflows on the platform, requiring hands-on technical work rather than solely providing presentations or demos. You will collaborate closely with sales teams, product, and engineering to translate customer requirements into effective technical solutions, helping to close complex enterprise deals. This role demands a proactive approach, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills to manage multiple deals simultaneously and ensure customer success.
