This position is responsible for owning the end to end execution of the marketing operations roadmap with a relentless focus on systems, process rigor, and on time delivery. The role serves as a critical operator that translates ambiguous business priorities into scalable marketing workflows and repeatable playbooks. You will design and manage the workflows that power the modern marketing machine, ensuring every campaign, audience, and message is orchestrated precisely. This is a hands on position where your work will directly determine the accuracy, speed, and reliability of marketing execution. You will own the integrity of data as it moves through the funnel, ensuring insights are grounded in clean, governed information. The role demands comfort with ambiguity and the ability to break down complex problems into executable technical solutions. You will be the systems backbone that allows marketers to move fast without sacrificing control or quality.

What you'll do
Execute the marketing operations roadmap by breaking down strategic objectives into technical requirements and stepwise implementation plans.
Own day to day management and optimization of the marketing technology stack, administering configurations in Marketo, Salesforce, 6sense, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Qualified, and related tools.
Architect and maintain data flows and integrations across the GTM stack, managing enrichment, routing, intent signals, and campaign activation events.
Build and maintain the lead management infrastructure, including lead scoring models, lifecycle stage definitions, routing logic, and adherence to SLAs.
Ensure accurate campaign tracking and performance measurement across channels such as LinkedIn, web properties, conversational marketing, and display networks.
Partner with Demand Generation and RevOps leadership to translate campaign briefs into operational workflows that are consistent, fast, and reliable.
Support the design of intent based and account based workflows, configuring tools like 6sense and Qualified to reflect nuanced account and persona strategies.
Champion data quality initiatives by setting standards, leveraging tools such as RingLead and enrichment providers, and instituting ongoing governance.
Develop and maintain funnel reporting and performance insights, defining the metrics that connect MQL to SQL to pipeline and ultimately to revenue.
Identify and implement AI driven solutions that improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance accuracy in campaign execution and reporting.
Evaluate and integrate emerging GTM and AI tools, conducting assessments and pilots to determine clear leverage for the marketing operations team.
Manage offshore resources and third party consultants, defining clear requirements, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timely, high quality execution.
Establish governance frameworks for marketing operations, including documentation, change management, and version control for configurations and automations.
Champion an AI first mindset, continuously scanning workflows and data pipelines for opportunities to automate, optimize, and modernize operational patterns.
Requirements
Bring 6 to 10 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM systems roles with increasing responsibility over time.
Demonstrate strong hands on expertise with Marketo and Salesforce, including configuration, automation, and reporting within complex environments.
Show familiarity with an extended marketing technology landscape that may include tools such as 6sense, Apollo, ZoomInfo, RingLead, Qualified, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics.
Prove a demonstrated ability or strong interest in leveraging AI to enhance marketing operations workflows, data quality, and system efficiency.
Have experience integrating and operationalizing multiple tools across the demand generation lifecycle, connecting systems, and ensuring data integrity.
Exhibit a proven track record as a systems oriented operator who can execute against defined roadmaps while managing competing priorities.
Have experience managing offshore teams and or external vendors and consultants, including setting expectations, providing feedback, and driving outcomes.
Show high attention to detail, with strong QA discipline, process rigor, and a commitment to error free execution across marketing workflows.
Possess a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to troubleshoot issues across systems, data models, and reporting outputs.
Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and execute in a fast paced, evolving environment, balancing strategic initiatives with urgent operational demands.
Nice to have
Experience with tools such as Momentum dot io, Common Room Circle, or other emerging GTM technologies that enhance customer engagement.
Exposure to account based marketing and intent driven campaign orchestration across multiple channels and systems.
Experience implementing AI or automation initiatives within marketing, RevOps, or GTM systems, including prompt design and evaluation methods.
Experience in fintech, identity, fraud prevention, or other regulated industries where compliance and security considerations are central.
Practical notes
This role is full time and is based in a hybrid work arrangement located in San Francisco, California.
Work hours are aligned with business needs, with flexibility to support global collaboration and campaign execution across time zones.
Travel is not currently required for this position.
Visa sponsorship may be considered for qualified candidates, where applicable under legal constraints.
