Community Manager, Socure Intelligence Community
Job description
About the role
You own the design, execution, and long-term health of the Socure Intelligence Community, a curated network of fraud, identity, and risk leaders. You will build and deepen relationships with senior operators across industries, ensuring the community remains a trusted, high-value resource for everyone involved. You will translate raw conversations and emerging attack patterns into clear, actionable insights that inform product, marketing, and go-to-market strategies. You will act as the central operator for the community, owning the platform, communications, and day-to-day logistics so others can focus on impact. You will design and lead both in-person and virtual experiences that drive repeat engagement and meaningful dialogue among members. You will proactively identify new members, expand the network, and maintain a high bar for relevance and contribution. This role requires you to be a bias-for-action builder who confidently engages with C-level executives and turns complex discussions into clarity. Ultimately, you will ensure the community directly influences strategy, strengthens brand trust, and supports pipeline growth for Socure.
