AI Operations & Strategy Lead
Job description
About the role
The AI Operations & Strategy Lead is a pivotal position at Snappr, responsible for owning the end-to-end integration and optimization of AI technologies within our visual content operations. In this role, you will serve as the primary architect of Snappr's AI content pipeline, designing and managing the workflows that transform creative concepts into high-quality, scalable visual assets. You will set the strategic direction for AI implementation, ensuring that our technology stack not only meets current demands but is also future-ready to support global scalability. Your decisions will directly influence the quality bar we set for all AI-generated output, ensuring consistency, brand integrity, and operational excellence across every deliverable that leaves our platform.
This role operates at the intersection of technology, process, and creative execution. You will be the central point of accountability for the reliability, performance, and integrity of our AI visual production ecosystem. By driving continuous improvement and re-engineering processes, you will eliminate bottlenecks and create efficiencies that raise our standards for speed and quality. You are expected to act with extreme ownership, treating the success of AI operations as your own. This role requires a blend of technical acumen, strategic foresight, and operational discipline, all guided by a commitment to data-informed decision-making and radical candor.
What you'll do
You will architect and own the end-to-end workflow for AI-generated visual content, from prompt engineering to final delivery, ensuring that every step meets Snappr's high standards. You will lead and develop a team of AI and visual operations specialists, coaching them toward mastery and fostering a high-performance culture rooted in accountability and growth. Using analytical rigor, you will analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and implement process re-engineering initiatives that boost both throughput and quality.
You will define and enforce strict quality control standards for all AI-generated assets, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand expectations. Collaboration with product and engineering teams will be central as you translate business requirements into precise technical specifications for AI tools. You will own the strategic roadmap for AI integration within visual operations, prioritizing features that drive scalability, efficiency, and customer value. Evaluating and recommending new AI technologies and vendors will be key to maintaining our competitive edge.
You will develop and maintain SOPs and playbooks that govern the use of AI tools, ensuring compliance with best practices and ethical standards. Partnering with commercial teams, you will forecast capacity needs and ensure that AI operations directly support revenue and client objectives. You will champion a culture of continuous improvement by running experiments, measuring impact, and iterating based on results. Mentoring team members in prompt engineering, AI ethics, and content quality assurance will be part of your ongoing responsibilities, as you drive data-driven decision-making across the function and identify risks in the production pipeline to safeguard output integrity.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have a proven track record of building and leading high-performing operations or production teams. A deep understanding of AI technologies and their application in creative or visual production environments is essential. You must demonstrate an uncompromising commitment to data-driven decision-making and operational excellence, with the ability to own complex, ambiguous problems and drive them to resolution with limited direction.
Experience implementing quality control frameworks and performance metrics for production workflows is required, as is comfort with rapid iteration and agile methodologies in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners. You must be based in Metro Manila and able to work full-time hours during overlapping business hours with global teams. There are no visa sponsorship requirements for this position, and travel is not required.
