This position is responsible for delivering comprehensive administrative and coordination support that underpins the entire recruitment lifecycle for SK hynix America based in San Jose. The hire will own the orchestration of complex interview scheduling, acting as the central point of contact for all candidate communications to ensure a consistent and professional experience. Success in this role will be defined by the ability to manage intricate logistics across multiple time zones for panel, executive, and high-volume hiring initiatives. The individual will support the development of talent pipelines for both technical and non-technical roles through active sourcing efforts on job boards and social networks. What you'll do
Coordinate multiple time zones to arrange and manage complex interview panels, executive sessions, and high-volume hiring schedules.
Serve as the central candidate contact, handling all external communications and maintaining a professional and positive company image.

Support the implementation of structured interview processes and coordinate the various stages of the candidate journey.
Assist in sourcing diverse candidates to build a robust pipeline that meets the varied needs of the organization.
Handle sensitive employee situations with discretion and empathy, ensuring confidentiality is maintained at all times.
Provide operational support to people team interviews, including preparing materials and coordinating feedback sessions.
Contribute to the development of talent management strategies by supporting sourcing and pipeline development activities.
Ensure all administrative tasks related to recruitment are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Requirements
Demonstrated capability from at least 1 year of relevant experience in Recruiting or Human Resources is required for this position.
Completion of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is mandatory for eligibility.
A preference exists for proficiency with applicant tracking systems, with specific value placed on familiarity with Greenhouse.
Effective interpersonal, networking, and communication skills across in-person and digital channels are essential for success.
Consistent behavior in meeting or exceeding defined goals and objectives is necessary in all aspects of the role.
The ability to handle sensitive information and exercise sound judgment is critical throughout the employment period.
Must be able to work onsite in San Jose for the duration of the 18-month contract.
