Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a solutions analyst or similar role, preferably within the public sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Proficiency in software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques, enabling effective evaluation of client needs and solution performance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
