What you'll do

• Lead the planning and execution of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with Simpligov's strategic objectives and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation, adjusting as necessary to accommodate changes.
• Monitor project progress and performance, utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess success and identify areas for improvement.
• Facilitate regular project meetings with stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and gather feedback to enhance project outcomes.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring that expenditures remain within approved limits and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with project execution, implementing contingency plans as needed to ensure project continuity.
• Foster a collaborative team environment by encouraging open communication and providing mentorship to junior project team members.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and next steps.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the technology or government sectors.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion, with a focus on delivering results on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall approaches.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Trello, or Asana.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong leadership qualities.
• Familiarity with government operations and regulations is a plus.
