We are actively seeking a seasoned and strategic leader to own and elevate our inside sales operations specifically for the high-priority Japanese and Korean markets from our core Tokyo office. This role requires an operator who can build and manage high-performing teams while executing a nuanced regional strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving scalable growth and maximizing revenue potential across two key Asian markets. You will own the end-to-end performance of the sales engine, ensuring that processes, people, and strategy are perfectly aligned. What you'll do
Assume end-to-end ownership of the inside sales organization for Japan, designing and managing the operational blueprint for success.
Lead the full talent lifecycle for sales managers and representatives, including strategic hiring, rigorous training programs, and ongoing performance coaching.
Architect and execute penetration planning strategies to uncover new opportunities and maximize wallet share within existing accounts across Japan and Korea.
Orchestrate the optimization of the sales process, focusing on deal forecasting accuracy, deal structuring logic, and the quality of client interactions to systematically improve conversion rates.
Implement sophisticated monitoring frameworks to track, analyze, and report on critical key performance indicators such as call volume, email outreach effectiveness, and meeting booking efficiency.
Champion the development and execution of long-term, data-backed strategic plans that fuel sustainable growth and market expansion in both Japan and Korea.
Provide the necessary infrastructure, tools, and professional development pathways to support robust career growth and retention within the sales teams.
Partner closely with internal stakeholders to synchronize go-to-market efforts, ensuring alignment across marketing, product, and customer success to drive revenue retention and expansion.
Leverage deep expertise in digital marketing and market intelligence to refine positioning, messaging, and target account strategies for maximum impact.
Utilize advanced analytical skills to dissect team performance metrics, identify specific growth bottlenecks, and implement actionable solutions to remove barriers to success.
Maintain strict oversight of Salesforce data hygiene and pipeline health to ensure the sales forecasting and pipeline management processes are accurate and reliable.

Drive strategic planning initiatives that translate market dynamics into actionable playbooks for the inside sales teams in both regions.
Embed a coaching culture that empowers team members to develop sales skills and achieve their full potential, thereby strengthening the overall team capability.
Requirements
- Bring a minimum of 8+ years of total professional experience demonstrating a consistent track record of achievement in demanding environments.
- Possess 2-3 years of direct experience in a commercial leadership or team management role, with a verifiable track record of building and scaling successful business units within the Japanese market.
- Demonstrate certified bilingual proficiency in both English and Japanese, enabling fluent communication in all professional contexts.
- Highlight a concrete background in SaaS sales, with proven experience executing comprehensive end-to-end regional business strategies.
- Showcase extensive experience in the interviewing, hiring, and successful ramping of new sales talent to build high-performing teams.
- Exhibit a strong and sophisticated understanding of digital marketing principles and market intelligence methodologies.
- Proven ability to analyze complex team performance data to identify root causes of underperformance and implement corrective actions.
- Must be highly proficient in utilizing Salesforce as a core daily tool for managing sales operations and reporting.
