We are on the lookout for a dynamic sales leader based in London who can spearhead our efforts to establish a strong foothold in the European market while nurturing and managing enterprise-level partnerships.

What you'll do
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within engineering-centric organizations across Europe, focusing on building a client base.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach and discovery meetings to the finalization of contracts, ensuring a process for clients.
- Facilitate technical evaluations by collaborating closely with our internal product and solutions engineering teams to demonstrate our offerings effectively.
- Engage with various technical stakeholders, including systems engineers, program managers, and senior engineering leaders, to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Navigate the complexities of procurement, legal, and security requirements that are often present in enterprise and government sectors, ensuring compliance and satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development of a regional go-to-market strategy, providing insights and strategies that will guide future hiring as the EMEA team expands.
- Maintain precise pipeline reporting and forecasting to keep leadership informed about sales progress and potential opportunities.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities as their needs evolve.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and product offerings with market demands and customer feedback.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients and partners.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior sales team members as the team grows, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Requirements
- A minimum of 6 to 10 years of experience in sales roles that involve meeting quotas and driving revenue growth.
- A proven track record of successfully selling complex software solutions, infrastructure platforms, or engineering tools to enterprise clients.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical architects and high-level executive decision-makers.
- Experience managing lengthy sales cycles that involve multiple stakeholders, demonstrating patience and strategic thinking.
- A history of consistently meeting or surpassing revenue goals, showcasing your ability to drive business success.
- Willingness to work from our London office and travel throughout Europe as required for client engagements and meetings.
- Comfort and adaptability in an early-stage startup environment, where processes may be in flux and innovation is key to success.
