About the role
This position owns enterprise sales within Brazil while operating as part of a global team. You will generate pipeline through proactive outreach and strategic account management. Your decisions will shape the early motion of this emerging GTM organization. You will communicate clearly in Portuguese and English across all touchpoints.

Requirements
You must demonstrate eight to twelve years in enterprise sales roles focused on large accounts.
You must manage quotas exceeding one million dollars while handling complex six and seven figure deals.
You must exhibit professional fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and English during all interactions.
You must analyze trends, identify opportunities, and make choices driven by evidence.
You must build prospect lists and engage potential clients through research and outreach.
Nice to have
Experience with artificial intelligence landscapes and emerging technology trends.
Experience shaping go-to-market strategy from early stage to scaled operations.

What you'll bring
Language fluency in professional Brazilian Portuguese and English.
8-12+ years of experience in enterprise customer-facing sales roles, identifying and closing large accounts.
Enterprise experience managing a $1M+ quota and running end-to-end complex 6 and 7 figure ACV deals.
Strong communication skills with exceptional verbal and written abilities.
An analytical mindset to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
Proven prospecting and lead generation through research, networking, and cold calling.

Familiarity with the AI landscape, key players, and emerging trends.
Experience building GTM strategies from early stage to scaled operations.
