About the role
As the Head of Operations and Executive Assistant at Seminal, you will play a role in shaping the operational framework of our organization. This position requires a dynamic individual who can seamlessly manage both strategic and administrative tasks, ensuring that our operations run smoothly while supporting the executive team. You will be responsible for optimizing processes, enhancing productivity, and fostering a collaborative environment that aligns with Seminal's mission and values.

What you'll do
- Lead the development and implementation of operational strategies that drive efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
- Collaborate closely with the executive team to provide high-level administrative support, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
- Analyze current operational processes and identify areas for improvement, implementing best practices to enhance productivity.
- Manage budgets and financial forecasting, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to meet organizational goals.
- Oversee project management initiatives, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget while meeting quality standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating communication and collaboration across the organization.
- Develop and maintain operational metrics to track performance and inform decision-making processes.
- Coordinate and lead team meetings, ensuring that agendas are set, minutes are recorded, and action items are followed up on.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting team-building activities and employee engagement initiatives.
- Conduct research and prepare reports for the executive team, providing insights that support strategic planning and operational improvements.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to succeed.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, integrating relevant insights into operational strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience supporting C-level executives, with exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying challenges and implementing solutions.

- Familiarity with financial management and budgeting processes.
