Joining Scaleway as a Technical Account Manager Entreprise means becoming the technical conscience of our most strategic customers, acting as the primary guardian of their success on our platform. You will own the end-to-end technical relationship, ensuring that enterprise clients extract maximum value from Scaleway's sovereign cloud infrastructure while reinforcing their long-term trust in our capabilities. This role requires you to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance, aligning customer ambitions with our product strengths. You will be the bridge between customer expectations and our cross-functional teams, driving adoption and ensuring seamless operational execution. Every interaction you manage will reinforce Scaleway's reputation for reliability, simplicity, and technical excellence. Ultimately, you will shape the customer journey from onboarding through maturity, ensuring that each strategic account achieves its defined business and technical outcomes.

What you'll do
Orchestrate the technical adoption journey for a portfolio of enterprise clients, ensuring alignment between their strategic goals and Scaleway's cloud and AI capabilities.
Coordinate closely with internal support, engineering, and product teams to resolve complex technical requests and drive timely project delivery for strategic accounts.
Design and optimize cloud architectures with clients, leveraging your expertise in IaaS and PaaS to ensure scalability, security, and performance on the Scaleway platform.
Champion the adoption of Scaleway services by guiding customers through best practices, feature discovery, and efficient usage of the platform's full potential.
Lead and co-facilitate Quarterly Service Reviews (QSRs) and steering committees, presenting insights and roadmap alignment to C-level stakeholders.
Monitor service level agreements (SLAs), track incidents, and lead root cause analyses (RCA) to ensure transparency and continuous improvement in service delivery.
Manage critical incident responses for high-profile clients, coordinating internal stakeholders to restore service and communicate progress effectively.
Provide FinOps guidance and cost optimization strategies, helping customers monitor, analyze, and optimize their cloud spend without compromising performance.
Collect, analyze, and synthesize product feedback and real-world use cases, channeling them to product teams to influence future Scaleway innovations.
Contribute to refining customer processes and service delivery playbooks, enhancing the overall experience for enterprise clients across the lifecycle.
Requirements
You bring previous experience working with cloud infrastructure environments, whether IaaS or PaaS, understanding the operational nuances of each.
You possess a strong understanding of cloud architecture and infrastructure design, enabling you to evaluate and propose robust technical solutions.
You have direct experience with technologies such as Kubernetes, Terraform, Linux, or S3-compatible storage, demonstrating hands-on familiarity in production contexts.
You have managed or significantly contributed to cloud migration projects, guiding organizations from on-premise to cloud or cloud-to-cloud transformations.
You are capable of designing and reviewing architectures that are both scalable and highly available, ensuring they meet enterprise-grade standards.
You are familiar with FinOps practices and cloud cost optimization techniques, aligning technical decisions with financial efficiency.
You communicate fluently in English and French, both in writing and verbally, ensuring clarity and precision in all interactions.
You exhibit strong client-facing skills and relationship management abilities, building credibility and trust with executive stakeholders.
You approach problems with an analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills, navigating ambiguity while maintaining attention to detail.
Nice to have
Experience working in enterprise or corporate environments, particularly with CAC40 companies or organizations operating under strict regulatory constraints.
Understanding of sovereign cloud requirements and data residency considerations, aligning technical solutions with regional compliance needs.
Exposure to AI and containerized workloads, helping clients leverage next-generation capabilities on Scaleway's infrastructure.
Familiarity with Scaleway's product portfolio, including bare metal, serverless, and containerization offerings.
Practical notes
This is a full-time, long-term position based in Paris.
Hybrid work is available, with up to 3 days of remote work per week.
The role involves significant interaction with C-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams across Sales, Support, Engineering, and Product.
Travel is generally not required for this role, as the position is anchored in our Paris offices.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in France without sponsorship.
