What you'll do

• Design and implement intake procedures for event requirements and constraints with a high degree of precision.
• Orchestrate build activities by aligning technical resources with predefined deployment schedules to ensure timely execution.
• Conduct review sessions to verify that configurations meet stringent security and regulatory standards before deployment.
• Coordinate ship tasks to manage the smooth transition of event assets into production environments efficiently.
• Establish and maintain partner touchpoints to foster collaboration between external vendors and internal departments.
• Maintain detailed documentation trails that link strategic objectives to technical execution for audit and reference purposes.
• Monitor live event performance via defined metrics to enable rapid operational adjustments and issue resolution.
• Champion continuous improvement by analyzing event outcomes and translating findings into refined workflows for future operations.
• Support strategic infrastructure initiatives that are vital for advancing the overarching goal of European cloud sovereignty.
• Ensure end-to-end ownership of the event management process from initial intake through final deployment and post-event review.

Requirements

• Hold authorization to work in France, as this internship position does not require sponsorship.
• Possess prior hands-on experience with at least three years of managing complex operational tasks in demanding environments.
• Demonstrate familiarity with cloud infrastructure, including proficiency with bare metal services and containerization technologies.
• Show comfort with serverless platforms and artificial intelligence tools, as these technical skills are essential for success.
• Understand the importance of designing intake procedures that capture event requirements and constraints accurately.
• Exhibit strong coordination skills to align technical resources with deployment schedules and operational timelines.
