About the role
This opportunity positions you as a Supply Chain Operations Associate at Scaleway, where you will own the end-to-end flow of critical hardware within our supply chain ecosystem. You will manage the validation and monitoring of purchase orders while dynamically adjusting delivery schedules inside our central platform to meet production demands. A core part of your ownership will be ensuring component availability for both production workflows and spare parts requirements across our datacenters. You will analyze performance indicators, identify trends, and propose corrective actions to continuously improve delivery rates and service levels. This role requires you to maintain the integrity of our data by updating master data for items and attributes within the ERP system with precision. You will synchronize documentation for procedures and lead initiatives designed to enhance On-Time Delivery performance. By tracking lead times and identifying potential disruptions early, you will safeguard a continuous flow of hardware necessary for our clients. You will work in close collaboration with our Supply Chain Coordinator and engage with Purchasing, Logistics, Production, Hardware, Finance, and Accounting departments to ensure alignment.

What you'll do

- Monitor stock levels of critical components and implement timely replenishment strategies for spare parts to prevent operational downtime.
- Analyze key performance indicators to identify trends and propose data-driven corrective actions that improve delivery rates and efficiency.
- Maintain the integrity of master data by updating items and attributes within the ERP system to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Synchronize procedural documentation and support initiatives aimed at improving On-Time Delivery performance across the supply chain.
- Track lead times for procurement and logistics, identifying potential disruptions and ensuring a continuous flow of hardware necessary for our clients.
- Collaborate closely with the Supply Chain Coordinator to coordinate activities and ensure alignment with production and logistics objectives.
- Engage with Purchasing, Logistics, Production, Hardware, Finance, and Accounting departments to facilitate smooth cross-functional operations.
- Contribute to the optimization of the supply chain lifecycle by supporting practical notes and procedural updates as required.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and data integrity standards while supporting strategic operational decisions.
- Act as a proactive support for the supply chain team, taking ownership of assigned tasks and driving them to completion.
Requirements
- Hold a Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a closely related discipline that provides a solid foundation in logistical principles.
- Have completed an internship or apprenticeship within a procurement or supply chain environment, ideally in an industrial or technical context.
- Demonstrate hands-on familiarity with ERP platforms, with significant emphasis on experience using Odoo.
- Possess advanced analytical capabilities, utilizing tools such as Excel and Google Sheets to interpret complex datasets and monitor stock performance.
- Exhibit a meticulous approach to KPI monitoring to support strategic operational decisions and ensure high standards of accuracy.
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory for professional interactions, documentation, and collaboration with global teams.
- Be able to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.
- Understand the importance of data integrity and compliance within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Show commitment to the successful execution of supply chain processes that uphold reliability and performance.

Practical notes
