About the role
Saviynt is seeking a Partner Director to oversee and expand our identity security ecosystem across the West region. You will manage strategic relationships with systems integrators, resellers, and consulting firms to drive revenue growth and platform adoption. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-value partners, ensuring alignment between their business objectives and Saviynt's growth initiatives. You will leverage deep industry expertise to position the Saviynt platform as a critical component of partner solutions architectures. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment where ownership of end-to-end partner performance is essential. You will be responsible for translating market feedback into actionable insights for product and marketing teams. This position requires a proactive leader who can navigate complex enterprise sales cycles and build consensus among diverse stakeholders. What you'll do
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with partners to increase platform usage across key verticals in the Western United States.
- Recruit and onboard new strategic solution providers, ensuring alignment with Saviynt's long-term channel objectives and market positioning.
- Manage partner business planning, including quarterly business reviews, performance analysis, and executive alignment sessions to drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee day-to-day partner operations, such as deal registration, marketing development fund requests, and incentive management to optimize partner efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and field teams to map accounts, uncover hidden opportunities, and coordinate joint go-to-market initiatives.
- Track all partner activity, pipeline, and procurement timelines within Salesforce to maintain accurate forecasting and visibility into deal progression.
- Produce weekly forecasts and monitor performance against revenue goals and key performance indicators, adjusting tactics as needed.
- Ensure partner compliance with company agreements, program requirements, and contractual obligations to mitigate risk and maintain integrity.
- Complete annual security and privacy training, including adherence to data handling and incident response policies to uphold organizational standards.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to partners, providing guidance on best practices for deploying Saviynt within complex identity security environments.
- Identify and prioritize new partnership opportunities that complement existing offerings and expand reach into underserved segments.
- Facilitate joint customer engagements and proof-of-concept initiatives to demonstrate integrated solutions and validate value propositions.
- Analyze competitive dynamics and market trends to inform partner positioning and differentiate Saviynt within the identity security landscape.
- Lead cross-functional workshops with internal stakeholders to align messaging, enablement materials, and roadmap priorities with partner needs.
Requirements
- 8 to 10 years of experience in enterprise software partner management, with a focus on driving revenue through channel ecosystems.
- Proven track record of meeting revenue quotas and generating pipeline through proactive partner engagement and strategic planning.
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time to support partner meetings, industry events, and customer visits across the West region.
- Experience building and maintaining partner networks in the West regional market, including direct and indirect sales organizations.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with legal, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure cohesive execution of joint initiatives.
- Demonstrated success managing key performance indicators related to partner health, pipeline creation, and deal velocity.
- Proficiency in interpreting contractual terms and ensuring adherence to partner program guidelines and compliance standards.
- Commitment to completing required security and privacy training, including protocols for data handling and incident response.

- Background in cybersecurity or identity security, with an understanding of the unique challenges faced by security-focused organizations.
- Familiarity with Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) frameworks, standards, and architectural patterns.
