This role delivers technical training and curriculum for Saviynt's identity and security platform. You will prepare and run courses for global audiences, mentor instructors, and manage projects across departments. The position requires frequent international travel and flexible hours to support customers in multiple time zones. You will act as a subject matter expert, shaping how teams understand identity security through structured learning experiences. Your work will directly influence how customers adopt and leverage the Saviynt platform in their environments. You will translate complex product concepts into practical, hands-on training that drives user competency. Success in this role is measured by learner proficiency and the quality of delivery across global cohorts.

Course materials and labs are reviewed and refined to help learners apply skills in their day-to-day roles.
Technical knowledge of Saviynt products and cybersecurity topics is maintained through release updates and subject briefings to support delivery readiness.
Curriculum planning sessions shape new product training, and training feedback is provided to instructional designers to improve materials.
Existing courses are owned and advanced as a "Course Champion," and alternative delivery models are researched to strengthen learner engagement.
Instructional support for new instructors is provided through mentoring and hands-on guidance.
Major departmental projects are managed with limited supervision, using clear verbal and written communication across teams.
Long-term and short-term objectives are balanced through effective prioritization of training activities.
Classroom performance is maintained at or above course delivery quality metrics through continuous improvement.
Common problems are anticipated, and solutions are recommended and implemented as training needs evolve.
Work schedules adapt to changing priorities and global support requirements, including non-standard hours.
Up to 50% travel is required to deliver training, and a valid passport or the ability to obtain one is necessary for global instruction.
Requirements
At least 7 years of experience instructing software or technology topics to diverse technical audiences.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity or identity security, or with competitive identity platforms.
Technical troubleshooting skills in at least one software application or technology.
Working knowledge of Linux/Unix environments.
Development experience with Java or Python is preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, and customer interaction skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage classrooms and training sessions effectively.
Meeting the requirements for the Instructor Certification Program.
Experience developing course materials in education or training roles.
Capability to manage, drive, and track multiple projects in a deadline-focused environment.
Travel flexibility with a valid passport or the ability to obtain one for international delivery.
