What you'll do

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing and payment reconciliation.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
• Conduct regular account reconciliations to ensure the integrity of financial data and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Support the annual budgeting process by providing financial analysis and forecasting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with various stakeholders.
