Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field that provides a strong foundational understanding of computing principles.
• Bring 7+ years of professional software development experience, including technical leadership of complex projects and systems that demonstrate proven delivery.
• Show advanced proficiency in C++ for core system development, ensuring you can design and implement high-performance, low-level components.
• Demonstrate strong Python skills specifically for automation and scripting to streamline development workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Exhibit expert-level architectural design, debugging, and optimization capabilities within large-scale distributed systems that demand high reliability.
• Communicate as an influential communicator and mentor who can align diverse teams, foster collaboration, and lead through organizational change.
• Think as a strategic thinker with a systems-level perspective, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in products and processes.
