What you'll do

- Oversee the development of dashboards and reporting tools that provide real-time insights into key performance metrics.
- Engage with external partners and stakeholders to explore opportunities for collaboration and data sharing that enhance our analytical capabilities.
Requirements
- A Master's degree or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in data science or analytics, with a proven track record of leading teams and delivering impactful projects.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, as well as experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and their application in real-world scenarios.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and the ability to communicate complex data insights effectively.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about data-related challenges.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
- Proven experience in project management and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience in the gaming or entertainment industry, with an understanding of user behavior and engagement metrics.
- Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and their applications in user experience enhancement.
