What you'll do
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) that drive the success of our engine systems.
- Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights that inform product development and optimization strategies.
- Develop and implement predictive models to forecast system performance and user engagement metrics.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experimental methodologies to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of changes to the engine.

Requirements
- A Master's degree or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in data science or a related analytical role, preferably within the gaming or technology sectors.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, with a strong understanding of data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and statistical modeling techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and experience in creating impactful visual representations of data.
Nice to have
- Experience in game development or a strong understanding of gaming engines and their performance metrics.
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) and their data services.
