Product Designer, Redesign
Job description
About the role
The Redesign team at Robinhood is currently focused on a comprehensive overhaul of core product features to ensure the platform remains intuitive and competitive in a rapidly evolving market. You will own the end-to-end design process for key user journeys, translating ambiguous business problems into clear, testable design solutions. This role requires you to act as the visual and interaction expert for high-impact areas of the product, ensuring consistency and quality across all customer touchpoints. You will leverage a rigorous experimentation-first mindset to validate hypotheses and iterate on concepts before full implementation. A significant portion of your work will involve designing for prominent surfaces such as the home tab and watch lists where user attention is critical. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between design ambition and technical feasibility by working closely with product and engineering partners. Ultimately, your contributions will drive meaningful user impact by shipping iterative improvements that enhance clarity, trust, and engagement across the Robinhood platform.
