Business rhythms for leadership meetings, quarterly reviews, and annual planning are designed and managed to drive organization-wide accountability. You will architect and refine the cadence of executive leadership discussions, quarterly business reviews, and annual planning sessions to ensure rigorous follow-through across all brokerage teams. Complex, large-scale product initiatives are shepherded from concept to delivery through collaboration with product and engineering. You will guide initiatives through every phase, from discovery and ideation to execution, using structured feedback to elevate product narratives and delivery quality. People processes, headcount planning, and development opportunities are aligned to support a high-performing brokerage organization. You will own workforce planning, talent development, and succession considerations to ensure the brokerage has the right skills and capacity. High-priority, ambiguous projects are managed on behalf of the VP to enable clear ownership and tactical decision-making. You will step into situations with undefined parameters, take ownership of decision pathways, and drive resolution for critical workstreams when direction is uncertain. Operating mechanisms that support the brokerage are strengthened to ensure successful delivery of high-impact initiatives. You will refine cross-functional workflows, communication structures, and execution frameworks to remove friction and enhance clarity. Brokerage teams operate with greater clarity, focus, and excellence through guidance on strategy, priorities, and culture. Requirements
Experience of 8+ years in strategic operations, product management, management consulting, corporate strategy, or a chief of staff role within fast-growing fintech, financial services, or technology environments is mandatory.
