Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or managerial capacity within a quality assurance setting.
• Extensive knowledge of software testing methodologies, particularly in the context of game development.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to a variety of stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality software products on time and within budget.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and familiarity with various project management tools.
• Proven ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making and process improvements.

Nice to have

• Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools, enhancing efficiency in the QA process.
