You will define the roadmap and strategy for voice agent behavior, onboarding, testing, and automation while partnering closely with engineering and design to execute against a bold vision. You will work across real-time audio, telephony workflows, agent tooling, and developer experiences to ensure the platform delivers reliable, human-like customer interactions. The role has a direct impact on the company's mission to build the modern contact center and will involve close collaboration with customers to validate solutions and iterate quickly.
