• Monitor security infrastructure to ensure compliance with established governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) frameworks.
• Utilize PhishAlarm tools and methodologies to identify and mitigate phishing attempts and social engineering risks.
• Prepare detailed reports on security incidents, testing results, and mitigation efforts for stakeholder review.
• Contribute to the development and execution of structured security approaches that enhance the overall security posture.
• Assist in administering Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, for documentation and reporting.
• Support the achievement of business results by maintaining the reliability and availability of travel-related digital systems.

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or Computer Science.
• Hold a valid driver's license and be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship requirements.
• Be located in the state of Texas, USA, to comply with the regional employment stipulations.
• Commit to working 8 hours per day on a full-time schedule as required by the position.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, for daily tasks and reporting.
• Understand foundational information security and risk management concepts to perform job duties effectively.
• Have prior experience with PhishAlarm tools and methodologies to handle phishing detection and response.
• Show familiarity with Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) frameworks and their application in security practices.
• Exhibit strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and manage security programs.
