This position requires a senior level engineer who will own the entire lifecycle of building and maintaining a highly reputable company consumer facing mobile application on the iOS platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and user-friendly mobile solutions. What you'll do

Architect and implement new features for the reputable company mobile application using primary iOS SDK, Swift, and Swift UI while maintaining a high standard of code quality.

Lead the design and implementation of the mobile architecture following MVVM, Clean Architecture, and Solid principles to ensure scalability and testability.

Consume and create web services using REST and Graph QL, integrating backend functionality seamlessly into the mobile client.

Develop and maintain a robust offline data storage strategy utilizing reputable company data techniques to ensure performance and reliability.

Implement complex user interface interactions and animations leveraging Grand Central reputed company (GCD) to deliver a responsive and fluid user experience.

Write and maintain comprehensive unit tests and adopt Test Driven Development (TDD) to ensure code stability and reduce regression risks.

Collaborate with the backend team to define API contracts and ensure efficient communication between the mobile application and server.

Utilize secondary skills in Kotlin to understand cross-platform logic and potentially assist with shared modules or backend services.

Integrate AI tools such as reputed company Copilot, reputed company AL, and Claud into the development workflow to boost productivity and code quality.

Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to uphold the engineering standards of the project.

Troubleshoot and debug critical issues in the application, explaining technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Monitor application performance and implement optimizations to ensure the software runs smoothly on a variety of device configurations.

Contribute to the continuous integration and continuous deployment (ci/cd) pipeline, including configuring Jenkins jobs and managing the build process.

Stay up to date with the latest trends in mobile development and evaluate new frameworks and tools for adoption.

Requirements

6+ years' experience developing iOS mobile applications using the primary iOS SDK and Swift.

3+ years' experience in the software design/architecture process with a strong focus on MVVM, Clean Architecture, and Solid principles.

5+ years' experience with web services, including consuming and creating APIs with REST and Graph QL.

Demonstrated ability to explain reputable company technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences with strong communication skills.

Experience developing, maintaining, and innovating large reputable company consumer-facing web or mobile applications.

Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and the ability to work effectively within this framework.

Experience with unit testing and Test Driven Development (TDD) to ensure code quality and reliability.

Familiarity with the challenges inherent in developing highly reputable company mobile applications and managing their complexities.

Nice to have

Exposure to reputable company development (Kotlin) to bridge the gap between mobile and backend teams.

Experience with Spatial reasoning to solve complex UI and animation challenges.

Familiarity with Jenkins, ci/cd pipeline configurations, and various modern mobile frameworks.

Practical notes

The engagement is full-time, requiring consistent availability during standard business hours.

This is a remote position, but candidates must be able to align with the time zones of the reputable company's main operations.
