What you'll do
Partner with business leaders to understand their priorities and the drivers they own, then help quantify, plan, and pressure-test the strategic shifts that move the business forward.
Help run the annual operating plan (AOP) and long-range planning process end-to-end; gather inputs from functional owners, use numbers to inform company strategy, and keep the planning process organized and on schedule.
Automate data ingestion, reporting, and reconciliation using AI tools, then extend this approach to sales forecasting, scenario modeling, and other areas to transform how the team works and scales its capacity.
Develop analyses, scorecards, and recommendations for the executive team, including the CEO and CFO, by translating complex numbers into a clear narrative with a defined point of view.
Assemble board packages, business reviews, and diligence/data-room materials for investors and lenders, ensuring rigor, consistency, and clarity in all deliverables.
Define and track the key performance indicators that matter, building and maintaining dashboards and delivering clean, trustworthy business intelligence across the organization.
Own and extend the driver-based financial model, refining assumptions, adding scenario layers, sharpening cohort and unit economics analyses, and improving forecast accuracy.
Lead cross-functional data gathering and validation efforts to ensure inputs are timely, complete, and aligned with strategic objectives.
Support ad hoc analyses and deep dives that inform pricing, product, and go-to-market decisions while maintaining high standards for accuracy and transparency.
Champion the use of AI to streamline repetitive tasks, enhance forecasting discipline, and free the team to focus on high-value strategic work.
