Requirements
US citizenship or permanent residency is required for this role due to legal and compliance needs. A Bachelor's degree is required in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related technical or field discipline. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree or higher to meet the educational requirement for this position. You must bring at least 3 years of relevant experience, with a preference for product management background in enterprise software or SaaS contexts. Strong business and technical acumen are required to contribute effectively in discussions spanning technology and strategy. Comfort with emerging technologies, especially AI and automation, is necessary to identify ways they can create user value. The ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth startup environment is essential for handling shifting business needs and priorities. A builder mindset is required to actively overcome inertia and create customer value through tangible action. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to form solid relationships across internal teams and stakeholders. Structured thinking and customer empathy are required to succeed in interviews and in the day-to-day execution of the role.
Nice to have
Experience shipping measurable outcomes in product management roles is preferred. Familiarity with product sense, analytical problem solving, and behavioral interview scenarios is preferred.
