Design end to end workflows in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, documenting architecture with clear diagrams and models.
Build hands on components like Power Apps, Power Automate flows, Dataverse structures, and Azure connections for live systems.
Run solution assurance reviews that check architecture rules and governance, keeping each build aligned with standards.
Coordinate sprint planning and backlog refinement with delivery teams to keep integration and deployment on track.
Oversee deployment pipelines and environment setups, ensuring releases move smoothly from test to production.
Forge client proposals and discovery outputs that translate business needs into realistic Microsoft solution designs.
Partner with external vendors and technology teams to connect Dataverse, APIs, and platforms across the wider ecosystem.
Requirements
You must have experience designing and building solutions in Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
You must understand data modelling in Dataverse and integration patterns using APIs and middleware.
You must have used Azure services relevant to integration and identity in business apps.
You must have worked with DevOps practices for CI/CD in Microsoft environments.
You must have mentored peers while shaping solution designs and delivery practices.
You must hold 3 years of experience with Microsoft business applications delivery.
Nice to have
Experience guiding design thinking and discovery workshops for client teams.

Role purpose
The Business Applications Solution Consultant is a hands on technical and delivery leader. The role is to design, build, and assure end to end Microsoft Business Applications solutions, including Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure, ensuring they are technically sound, business aligned, and deliver measurable outcomes. Operating as both a trusted advisor and technical lead, the consultant works directly with Red Badger teams, clients, partners and Microsoft to shape solution direction, guide implementation, and ensure successful adoption.
Key responsibilities
Solution design and delivery leadership
Lead solution design for client engagements across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform workloads.
Translate business aspirations into end to end solution blueprints that are scalable, secure, and supportable.
Actively participate in hands on solution development, prototyping, Power Apps, Power Automate flows, Dataverse customisations, and Azure integrations.
Design integrations and data strategies leveraging APIs, and Dataverse integration.
Define and maintain architecture documentation including HLD, LLD, integration diagrams, and environment models.
Delivery enablement and technical oversight
Serve as the technical authority across projects reviewing and approving solution designs and extensions.
Conduct regular solution assurance reviews, ensuring compliance with architectural standards and Microsoft best practices.
Work with delivery leads to shape sprint planning, backlog prioritisation, and DevOps pipelines.
Mentor consultants and developers, fostering technical excellence and delivery consistency.
Troubleshoot complex technical and integration challenges during build and deployment phases.
Client engagement and advisory
Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, balancing strategic vision with practical delivery.
Collaborate with Red Badger Product and Design teams to run design thinking and discovery workshops.
Translate client needs into clearly documented business requirements and process flows.
Translate solution designs into technical specifications that guide build and configuration.
Perform configuration, customisation, and validation in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
Test solutions end to end, verifying functionality, performance, and alignment with client needs.
Champion adoption through guidance, clear communication, and support planning.
