What you'll do
Lead tactical strategy and planning for campaigns from a brief, ensuring alignment with client objectives and scientific accuracy.
Manage a team of Managers and Associates who work on the same accounts, providing direction, feedback, and performance development.
Serve as an experienced campaign manager who trains the team to build, QA, and activate campaigns within buying platforms according to best practices.
Attend meetings, status calls, and internal discussions on behalf of the account team to ensure clear communication between capabilities and client or brand needs.
Pull platform reporting, analyze performance data, and generate insights for analytics readouts and client deliverables.
Oversee monthly billing and actualization between vendor and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and processing of campaign activities.
Lead the planning process in collaboration with senior team members and the Integrated Media team to develop comprehensive media strategies.
Vet vendor offerings and capabilities on a frequent basis to ensure the team utilizes best-in-class technology and advanced tools for respective accounts.
Maintain consistent communication with vendor partners to facilitate smooth execution and address any operational issues promptly.
