Account Manager | Enterprise
Job description
About the role
This position centers on owning a demanding portfolio of large enterprise customers within the Ramp platform. You will act as the primary commercial steward for accounts ranging from operators to the C-suite, ensuring their success is tied directly to Ramp's value. Your day to day will revolve around detecting risk, driving adoption, and expanding solutions across complex buying committees. You will translate structured feedback into product inputs that shape the future of the platform itself. The role demands high ownership, urgency, and a bias toward tangible creation over pedigree. You will define the narrative of value for each customer and make decisions that materially change their results and ours. If you want to construct systems that directly influence how enterprises manage massive sums, this is where to do it.
