Partner with executive leadership to define and execute on the strategic workforce plan for assigned business units. This involves translating business objectives into a talent management roadmap that supports corporate strategy.
Champion the employee value proposition by owning the end-to-end employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding. You will manage each stage of the employee journey to ensure a consistent and mission-driven experience.
Analyze complex business metrics to forecast talent risks and identify gaps in capability for future growth. This analysis will inform proactive workforce planning and mitigate potential disruptions.
Design and deploy learning and development solutions that close skill gaps and support career pathing. You will create structured programs that align with both immediate role requirements and long-term organizational needs.
Own the administration of total rewards programs to ensure competitive positioning in the marketplace. This includes analyzing compensation structures to attract and retain top performers.
Drive the collection and analysis of engagement data to inform actionable insights for leadership. You will transform data into strategic recommendations that enhance the employee experience.
Collaborate with Compliance and Legal to ensure all employment practices adhere to local, state, and federal regulations. This partnership mitigates risk and ensures all programs are compliant.
Lead organizational change management initiatives to guide teams through transformation and restructuring. You will provide stability and communication during periods of significant change.
Serve as the primary escalation point for managers on complex employee relations and performance issues. You will provide expert counsel and resolution strategies to maintain a fair workplace.
Architect the framework for performance management systems that align individual goals with company objectives. This ensures that individual contributions directly support business outcomes.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruiting partners to secure top-tier talent acquisition. You will act as the liaison to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
Oversee the implementation of HRIS data integrity projects to ensure accurate workforce analytics. This technical oversight supports data-driven decision-making.

Requirements
