Product Lead, Orchestration
Job description
About the role
You will operate as the product and business owner of Orchestration within Rad AI, owning the vision, roadmap, commercial strategy, and day-to-day execution that connects them. You will design and run a focused, cross-functional team with clear goals, decision rights, and accountability, acting as a senior operator rather than a narrow project manager. You will be deeply embedded with customers, partners, and your team in equal measure, translating health system and imaging realities into product priorities while turning engineering capacity into shipped capability. In this role, you will make each launch a real commercial moment and not merely a technical release, working closely with the CPO, CEO, and broader executive team without waiting for permission to act. You will own Orchestration end-to-end, leading strategy from concept through launch and commercialization, and be accountable for adoption, revenue, and platform impact. You will define the platform narrative, articulating how Orchestration fits into the broader Rad AI platform and the market story we tell customers, partners, and investors. You will translate market needs into execution, turning customer and ecosystem signals into clear product priorities, execution plans, and launch milestones.
